Shipping:
 

• $8.99 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $100!
• We strive to process orders within 48 hours on business days.  Please give additional time to select items, pre-orders, or made to order items. This is subject to change during seasons with higher volume. 

Returns:
 

• To start a return or exchange, click here.
• We accept returns of items for fit reasons for store credit or refund.
• YOU MUST submit your return WITHIN 14 DAYS.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them in.
• We do not accept returns on items stated as final sale, purchased with a discount or coupon of more than 20% , pre-order, made to order, custom items or any undergarments.
• Items returned with odors, pet hair, smells of smoke, or stains will be returned back to the customer at the expense of the customer.
• Please try on swimwear with undergarments. Sanitary liner must be in tact on swimwear.

**Your return must be approved in the return portal FIRST before shipping any items back to us**

**Please note that once your return is approved, you mut send items back within 48 business hours of the return being approved.**

PLEASE NOTE: We collect our returns once per week from our PO Box for processing. We will contact you via email once your return is processed. Please allow 7 business days before emailing us inquiring about your return.  Customer pays for return shipping unless customer purchased Re:do package protection at time of checkout of items you are wanting to return.

Privacy: All payment are made through secure sites and follow all federal guidelines. We currently accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and Sezzle. Credit card payments are ran through Stripe. Soul Happy Boutique does not have access to any payment information.
